CONTACT US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR KNOBBYs TO ORGANISE AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND
(Just make sure you check out our Returns Policy below first!)

We always recommend checking our Size Guide before making a purchase, as KNOBBYs sizing is on the smaller side due to the materials we use. Returns won’t be accepted if you change your mind or choose the wrong size and the tags have been removed.

Top KNOBBY Hack: Once your KNOBBYs arrive, you can check the size of our undies by holding them up to your waist or wrapping the waist band around your neck as this will usually match your waist width. This also leaves the tags intact.

If the tags are still intact, attached and you have all the original packaging you can return your KNOBBY items back to:

Once we receive your returned item and check the above is all okay, we’ll happily exchange these or refund you. Shipping back to KNOBBY is at the cost of the customer.

Unfortunately if the tags have been removed we might not be able to exchange these, but we still have ways of making it up to you! Just shoot us a message at support@knobby.com.au to find out what your options are!

Faulty or Damaged KNOBBY

Something not right with your KNOBBYs? Send our Support Ninjas a photo and description of the fault with your KNOBBYs via email support@knobby.com.au. We’ll check it out, confirm the fault, and get you a replacement or refund straight away!

Note: Incorrect washing, general wear & tear, unauthorised repairs or modifications does not equate to a Fault or Damage. 

Returned Parcel to KNOBBY HQ

Don’t stress! If your KNOBBYs are returned to KNOBBY HQ for whatever reason, once we receive your parcel we’ll shoot you an email to confirm your new address and then send your runaway pair back out to you!

Moving house soon? Make sure to update your delivery address in your Billing Portal, or send our Customer Support Ninjas an email with the new address ASAP so your delivery doesn’t end up at the wrong place!  If your KNOBBY does arrive at the wrong address but is returned to sender (that’s us!), we will  happily forward your KNOBBYs out to their new home! Unfortunately if they aren’t returned to us and we didn’t receive your new address, you’ve kindly donated this pair of KNOBBYs to a stranger.

Lost Parcel of KNOBBYs

In the super rare case that Australia Post loses your KNOBBYs, send the Support Ninjas an email at support@knobby.com.au and we’ll see if we can track this down for you!

I Don’t Like The Design

KNOBBY is an underwear membership where you don’t know what design you’re going to get – it’s like a lucky dip and that’s half the fun! We send out a new mystery design to every member during a calendar month. If you’re not a fan of a design, keep the tags and packaging intact then send it back to us at KNOBBY HQ. Once we have these back, we’ll credit your Subscription account for your next order!

Mystery Design products from the KNOBBY Shop are not exchangeable, however if there is a fault with your Mystery Design KNOBBYs email our Support Ninjas and we can organise a Subscription or Shop Credit.
