Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged because that’s gross!

Sports Crop
Returns and exchanges are available only on your first purchase. If you’ve ordered the incorrect size or it’s not what you expected, don’t stress! Make sure you contact us within 14 days of the order transaction date at support@knobby.com.au. Once we receive your returned Sports Crop, there are three options. We can either:

1. Process and send a new Sports Crop in the correct size
2. Credit your account the full amount, less $5 shipping and handling
3. Refund the full amount to your original source of payment, less $5 shipping and handling.

Faulty or Damaged KNOBBY
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, if you find a fault in your KNOBBY, please contact us within 14 days of order transaction date at support@knobby.com.au so we can send you a new pair straight away. Please include a photo and description. This does not include general wear or damage to your KNOBBY by misuse, accident, modification, unauthorized repair or incorrect washing (please refer to our washing guidelines).

I Don’t Like the Design
KNOBBY is an underwear membership where you don’t know what design you’re going to get – it’s like a lucky dip! We send out the same design to every member during a calendar month. Therefore, we can never replace them.


Online Store/Shop

Underwear
Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged because that’s gross! However, we will accept returns if tags have not been removed and all packaging is still in its original condition so it can be re-sold. Upon receiving your returns, we will provide a credit to the online store, less $5 shipping and handling. Shipping costs back to KNOBBY is at the cost of the customer.

Sale Items
Unfortunately we don’t accept returns on sale items.

International Orders
For products delivered outside of Australia, we will accept returns for faulty items only.

Limited Edition 6 Packs
We understand that a lot of these may have been purchased as gifts. Therefore, these can be exchanged only for an alternative size and must not have been worn. This will incur additional shipping costs. Contact us within 30 days of the order transaction date.

What if it has been returned back to KNOBBY HQ?
If your KNOBBY is returned to us for any reason we will contact you on your email address to notify you they’ve been returned and confirm your shipping address. We will provide a credit to the online store, less a small $5 shipping and handling fee within Australia and $10 International.
