Health and Safety:
We have recently made updates to our health, safety, and hygiene policies in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to help ensure the well-being of all KNOBBY customers and staff.
This includes an increased focus on sanitisation and social distancing practices. All employees who are able to work remotely are working from home.

Congested Postal Network:
As a result of a congested postal network most customers are experiencing an approximate 2 week delay in receiving their KNOBBY delivery. International orders are particularly affected with shipping delays.

KNOBBY Subscriptions Dispatch:
For the month of May we are experiencing a 1 – 2 week delay in receiving subscription stock. Rest assured our warehouse ninjas are working harder than ever to ensure you receive your KNOBBYs, to your door, when you need them!
KNOBBY Shop Orders:
We are not currently experiencing any major disruption or delays in the dispatch of shop orders.
New Zealand Shipping:
Australia Post have advised us they’re experiencing temporary delays with deliveries to NZ at this time. Please allow an additional 15 working days for your deliveries to arrive.
